About the Job

Confident communicator who is fully fluent in ASL. Comfortable signing on camera with clear, expressive delivery and natural ease. Ability to engage authentically with both Deaf and hearing scene partners. UPDATE: This role is playing a doctor in the scene. In the hospital hallways, the doctor is both a leader and a guide—respected by colleagues, trusted by patients. There is a calmness in the way they speak—measured, reassuring, and careful not to overwhelm. Each word is chosen to both inform and comfort. Their hands are steady, skilled from practice, but their gestures carry warmth, whether adjusting a chart, listening to a heartbeat, or offering a reassuring pat on the shoulder. Beneath the white coat lies a balance of science and compassion. The doctor is a problem-solver, piecing together symptoms like clues in a puzzle, but also a listener, hearing unspoken worries and fears. **PLEASE MAKE NOTES IN SUBMISSION.
