About the Job
- Must be based in Los Angeles, available for consistent scheduled shifts, including weekends. - Familiar with TikTok / Whatnot live selling formats, including product pinning, flash sales, comment interaction, and audience engagement. Able to present products clearly while responding to real-time viewer questions (e.g., crystal benefits, pairings, stock availability). - Comfortable collaborating with the operations team to achieve live-stream sales goals and drive key actions (follows, comments, add-to-cart, conversions). - Genuine interest or basic knowledge in crystals, healing, spirituality, aesthetics, meditation. Familiarity with tarot, astrology, or feng shui is a strong plus. - Prior experience in e-commerce live selling, luxury sales, or retail preferred; must understand basic sales/closing techniques. - Strong on-camera presence with a balance of approachability and professionalism. - Hands must be well-groomed with manicure or press-on nails at all times (since products will be showcased by hand). - Willingness to learn and memorize crystal meanings and recommend products based on customer needs (training provided, but prior knowledge is highly valued).
$18 per hour. 4 hr minimum.
