You’ll have to wait until the Emmy Awards to find out who’ll be taking home statuettes this year. But regardless of which casting directors win in their respective categories, we’re celebrating their nominations as a whole. Without casting there would be no cast, which would mean no TV series. And then there wouldn’t be an Emmy Awards show. So while this awards season may be like no other thanks to COVID-19, we’re tipping our hats to all the casting directors out there that make the shows we’re watching a possibility. Nominated or not, we’re celebrating the important work that you do.

  • T C Jackson Jr. says:

Too bad Perry Mason wasn’t up for this year. Absolutely brilliant casting. Best acting from a limited series I’ve ever seen. I’ve been in the business my whole life and was so amazed by every actor’s performance, even to the day players. Well, maybe next year.

  • JOEY LAVIN says:

Loved Cindy Tolan’s comment , and it’s true. Dan and Amy make you feel like you are on the Maisel Team and bring out your best. The Casino scene had 100’s of extra’s, all fitting in nicely. Best cohesive team ever, this goes for the crew too.
Also shout out for Ozark! Great cast and working with Jason Bateman is a delight! A real experienced professional
