Surrounded by calming energy, they share moments of deep restoration, healing, and wholeness, highlighting the joy of friendship and self-care through movement, breath, and balance. Talent should have a general knowledge of yoga and be comfortable actively participating in a guided yoga session. Must also be OK with receiving a professional massage as part of the experience.
