Mom (45) is the one who’s obsessed with everything being picture-perfect and according to her, the only way to achieve this would be through micromanaging her family. She thrives on event planning and family gatherings where she could shine as the real keeper of the Shmickels’ household. Even though her love for her family and her two sons is undeniable she struggles to trust them fully so she overcompensates it with a controlling but caring attitude. With Neil, she wants to make sure that the proposal goes as planned, sometimes without considering what Neil wants himself. With Buzz, she continues seeing him as her young and silly son.
