Scarlett, an LA transplant, returns after a family trip to Europe. She works an art space in Hollywood owned by her mentor, maintains steady contract work, and is deeply engaged in local community organizing. Her work has matured recently becoming more political, focusing on the conditions of migrants. Now, while her career gains recognition, she feels isolated. She channels everything into art and activism, pushing for stability while driven to challenge herself and others, leaving little room for personal romance and complacency.
