I'm looking for a voice actor who can capture the sassy, evil essence of a villain similar to Divatox from the Power Rangers movie. The ideal voice should be bold, expressive, and dripping with attitude, effortlessly blending sarcastic wit, over-the-top drama, and a touch of villainous charm.

This character should sound like she loves being bad, delivering lines with snarky confidence, playful teasing, and the occasional explosive tantrum. A slightly seductive yet commanding tone is key, as she enjoys toying with her enemies, bossing around her minions, and reveling in her own wicked plans.
