Oliver Owens is the sort of guy who wears his geeky heart on his sleeve. It's part of his charm but it's also a charm that is wearing off with age. He's a bit like a character from a John Hughes movie only he's in his mid 30s and not a teen. He's naive, sweet, and a little foolish in an optimistic sort of way.
