Role Description:
We are seeking authentic and relatable individuals to provide short-form testimonial-style video reviews for TalentFly, an virtual Intelligence-powered career readiness platform.
Ideal candidates will be current college students, recent graduates, or active job seekers who can speak naturally and enthusiastically about how TalentFly supports career preparation, interview confidence, and job search success.

This is a user-generated content (UGC) role — submissions should feel genuine and conversational, as if speaking to a friend or classmate. Videos will be used in TalentFly’s marketing and promotional materials to inspire other students and job seekers to engage with the platform.

Requirements:

Must be a current college student, recent graduate, or active job seeker

Comfortable speaking on camera with a clear, confident delivery

Able to record in a natural setting (home, office, or campus) — no backdrops or green screens

Must create and share a TalentFly profile link with your submission

Must submit a self-tape answering the provided TalentFly testimonial prompts (max 5 minutes total)

If selected, must sign a release granting TalentFly exclusive rights to the submitted media
