CUT is looking for a funny female who can "host", play along, have fun and "direct" (on camera) what happens next in their fun viral Youtube segments. Think how the Impractical Jokers host and direct what happens on their show- except CUT is not pranking people. We want someone fun, funny, friendly, comfortable with improv, good moving things along and having cool conversations when either things go well or they go downhill fast. How would you talk people thru rejection? How would you talk someone through facing their phobias?
