An everyday woman who's sick of her flat, damaged, lifeless hair. Her current hair care products are loaded with chemicals that are actually harming her hair, even though they promise the opposite. She's still using that stuff because she doesn't believe that "clean" products are all that effective--but she would be happily proven wrong.
