*We are not looking for actors to play these roles, we are looking for real families.*
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
-Father Figure + Child teams (Grandpa, Uncle, Sibling, Cousin, Chosen Family, Etc.).
-Child ages: 8 - 13 years old. Any gender.
-One father figure, and one child only.
-All father figure ages welcome.
-Families of all backgrounds, cultures, and experiences are encouraged to apply.
-Must be physically fit and comfortable: Hiking up to 3 miles in a day, and sleeping in a tent overnight.
-Ideally, some outdoor experience. Extensive experience is not necessary.
-Ability and openness to speak / provide interviews during challenges.
-Families should be emotionally open and excited to challenge themselves in nature.
-Families should be well-spoken and have a great rapport on camera. Humor / desire to have fun!
- If you are not the child's legal guardian, you must obtain permission by their parent/legal guardian, to travel with their child to Montana for this film shoot. Please do not apply to this casting if you have not already obtained this permission.
-We are looking for genuine, inspiring stories, whether you’ve recently reunited, need time away from devices, or want one unforgettable summer experience together.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
-We are considering families from anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawai’i, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
-Families must be available for 2x travel days + 3x shoot days between August 4-8, 2025. Travel: August 4th // Film: August 5th, 6th, 7th // Travel: August 8th.
-This is a non-union production.
-If chosen, you must be willing to undergo an official criminal and social media background check. This background check is for the parent/adult only.
