Dawn, a young woman, should be able to complete HIIT/plyometric movements, as well as basic stretching. Limit tattoos when possible (especially large ones like big sleeves and chest/back pieces). Small tattoos should be fine. On shoot day, natural nails will be a requirement (no colors, acrylics, etc.).
