I'm looking for a voice actor who can channel the energetic, menacing, and over-the-top style of Rita Repulsa from Power Rangers. The ideal voice should be high-pitched, wicked, and expressive, capable of delivering both maniacal laughter and dramatic, exaggerated line delivery.
This character should sound scheming, commanding, and delightfully villainous, with a touch of chaotic energy. A sharp, shrill, and sometimes screechy tone is welcome, but clarity and control are key to making the performance engaging rather than overwhelming.
