Charlie
I'm Sorry For Your Loss

About the Job
We find Charlie (mid 20s) at a crossroads in life Having worked as a carer for this Grandfather for several years at this point, it’s business as usual - the casual melancholy of watching someone you love slowly wither away in front of you Despite this - or more likely because of it - Charlie always has a casual energy to him; finding the small, intimate and comedic moments in his otherwise solemn life But with his dreams of studying abroad crushed due to perceived lack of dedication, and his girlfriend set to embark on her own overseas adventure, Charlie’s listless existence is thrown off balance, bringing to the surface a resentment of his responsibilities and a looming fear of being left behind by the two people he loves most in this world.
