About the Job
We are seeking Black / Mixed men and women to portray adults navigating the struggles of life in the hood in Chicago. Roles may include:
Men (25–35): Street figures, hustlers, and community members — involved in scenes with prop weapons, confrontations, and emotional moments of loss.
Women (25–30): Mothers/partners in domestic conflict, arguing in front of children, and representing the realities of family struggles in this environment.
Performances will involve intense and emotional content (violence, grief, neglect, and street life). Must be comfortable working around prop weapons and mature themes.
