Tiffany Company Casting is seeking a professional pianist or professional Singer (Soprano) AND theatrical actor to portray the Pianist Father at a Family Dinner for a luxury live immersive event blending theatrical performance and experimental storytelling.
For this role, we are looking to find a seasoned Pianist, classic or / and jazz OR seasoned Singer (Soprano)
CHARACTER DESCRIPTION:
A Franco-American family in LA. Family should give a flavor of the best of both “worlds” & celebrate an existing & everlasting relationship between our 2 countries & spirits. Simon is the Father of the Family & is 100% Californian, born & raised. He plays piano. Always thought of himself as an inflexible bachelor until he met Isabelle, his now French wife. The provider, caretaker and pater familias, Simon enjoys where his life is today.
Character traits: easygoing, funny, loves to tell jokes & puns, dad jokes… even if he’s the only one laughing.
Hidden talent: pianist (classic and/or jazz) OR singer (Soprano) & overall performer
REQUIREMENTS:
• Comfortable experience with live immersive theater / Dinner Theater
• Needs to be either A classic or / & Jazz Pianist OR Soprano Singer
• French language fluency is a plus, but not required for this role (please indicate in your submission)
GENERAL MANNER/ NARRATIVE:
• Exceptional Improvisation skills
• Be able to interact with the public / guests in a natural way
• Lighthearted and good at using humor
• Staying graceful in all circumstances, warm & cheerful
