Synopsis:

We are casting TikTok Livestream Hosts for the TikTok Signed Creator Program. Selected talent will be placed on live shows, receive dedicated mentorship, and gain access to exclusive tools and monetization features on the platform. This is a work-from-home opportunity. Payments are based on the Viewership Gifting System and Subscription model with Extra Bonuses issued by the Studio based on certain Milestones — talent earns based on their live performance, audience engagement, and consistency on Live Streaming. This is a work-from-home opportunity. **Please note — this opportunity is for talent who WANT to Livestream DAILY and can Host a Live show on TikTok. Talent must be self-motivated and eager to put in the work. **Eligibility: Minimum of 1000 followers on Tiktok, Maximum of 1 Million followers. Creators can apply if they have made less than 500K diamonds per month over the last 5 months on TikTok and have fewer than 1 million followers. What Happens in a 3-Hour Live: -First 30 Minutes (Warm-Up): Say hello, build viewers, greet people by name. TikTok’s algorithm is testing whether to push you. Your energy here determines your reach. -Middle Hour (Engagement): Talk, tell stories, run battles, flirt with the audience, build hype. This is where you create the emotional connection that drives gifting. -Last 90 Minutes (The Money Window): TikTok pushes you to wider audiences. Gifters show up. Battles peak or solo Stream is good for certain viral types of trending Niches. This is when the real money is made. Creators who quit after 1 hour do not truly make progress and cannot grow their Income. Please note that some creators do Battles and some do not, depending on their Niche. The Consistency Rule: TikTok’s algorithm only trusts creators who show up consistently. This means going LIVE almost daily, staying on for 2–4 hours, and keeping viewers engaged. Most creators fail because they go LIVE inconsistently and don’t talk enough. TikTok typically starts pushing a creator after 10–30 solid live sessions.
