Project Details

USAGE/RUN Materials: All client advertising materials captured during record day (inclusive of unlimited uses, versions, tagged versions, cutdowns, edits, lengths, sizes, lifts, gifs, static lifts) including, but not limited to commercials, films, Behind-the-scenes (BTS), still photography, etc. MEDIA: Broadcast TV: all forms of TV media, including, without limitation, free, pay, cable, pay-per-view, on-demand, satellite, broadcast television etc. INTERNET: (including all electronic media, without limitation, on Social Media Video + Photography (i.e Instagram), third-party websites and client website, digital streaming platforms, CTV, paid media and any other delivery platforms whether now known or hereafter invented). PRINT: Printed materials including, POS, OOH, print ads, brochures and sales materials, direct mail, showroom and/or tradeshow materials, postcards collateral, etc. Public Relations: (including press statements and other placements, PR Events). INTERNAL: (including i.e. corporate communications vehicles for internal, external and trade audiences (e.g., intranet, employee newsletters, sales kits, sell sheets, emails, annual report, archival/historical reference, advertising/publishing materials in textbooks, etc.). TERM: 1 year from first authorized use date. TERRITORY: Canada and United States, its territories, possessions & commonwealths. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS —---ON-CAMERA PRIMARY PERFORMERS FITTING: n/a SESSION: We intend to book this performer at $500 USD inclusive of Agent Fee, with all rights included. USAGE FEE: $2,000 CONFLICTS & EXCLUSIVITY: Any teeth whitening product. At any time during and after the Term, Agency and Client may use the materials produced hereunder anywhere in the world at sales meetings and for intra-company, research, award, publicity (including, without limitation, on Client's reel and website), file and reference purposes. For Social Media platforms (including, without limitation, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube, etc.) Client may maintain any social media posts made during the Term, provided Client does not actively promote such posts after the Term. Option Term 1: Upon the completion of the initial term, at the sole discretion of Agency and Client, the performance may be renewed for a second term, consecutive to the initial term, at 110% of the original Usage Fee. Option Term 2: Upon the completion of Option Term 1, at the sole discretion of Agency and Client, the performance may be renewed for a third term, consecutive to Option Term 1, at 110% of the Option Term 1 Usage Fee.
