We are seeking professional, high-energy talent for a lifestyle media shoot at STAK Space, located in the heart of Uptown Oakland. This shoot will showcase premium co-living, high-end office amenities, a luxury gym, and a Tesla transport experience. We are capturing the "Live-Work-Play" lifestyle of the modern Bay Area creator and professional. Location: 1900 Broadway, Oakland, CA (Avenue Building) Role Requirements: * The "Tech-Founder" / Creator: Comfortable on laptops/tablets, looking collaborative in shared workspaces. The Urban Professional: Sharp, approachable, and at home in a sleek, high-rise office setting. The Wellness Enthusiast: Fit and comfortable performing light gym activities (treadmill, weights) in a luxury fitness center. The EV Commuter: Relaxed and natural for scenes involving a Tesla/EV transport. Shoot Structure: We will be utilizing a "Green Room" Lounge setup on-site. Actors will be staged in a central lounge with their gear and called to specific zones (Residential, Office, Gym) throughout the block. Key Details: * Duration: 6-Hour Block (approx.) Wardrobe: "Oakland Professional" / Tech-Chic (clean sneakers, blazers, high-end athleisure). No heavy logos. Usage: Digital, Social Media, and Website (Marketing/Commercial).
