Looking to try stand-up comedy? Have something to get off your chest? Already doing stand-up and want to take it to the next level? Emmy award-winning producer and director of comedy specials is looking for a DIVERSE GROUP of women and men ages (18-102) who are EXCITED to STEP UP THEIR COMEDY GAME. Talent will HONE their COMEDIC SKILLS in a comedy class with SPECIAL GUEST teachers and participate in a class led by a professional working stand-up comedian, who will coach you on gathering material and unleashing your on stage persona. Coaching will cover areas like how to create callbacks, tags, and crowd work. The class will end with a showcase at a comedy club where everyone will get the opportunity to put together what they’ve learned in the class and showcase their skills on stage with a live audience. The class and the showcase will be filmed for a documentary. ALL COMEDY SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME. We will be filming your journey and interviewing you on camera as we learn what makes you tick, and your follow process throughout this comedy class. The class will help guide you to shape your material and get ready to kill on stage no matter what your level!
