Synopsis:

Positive Stories Wanted- We are looking for individuals to record short self-taped videos about how cancer has affected someone close to them and how a doctor made a positive difference during that journey. If you have a story about a physician who provided a meaningful moment during a time of uncertainty, we would love to hear from you.

Project Notes

- The Task: Record yourself answering two short questions about your experience and the doctor you are grateful for. We will provide simple guidance and the exact questions. - Format: Please submit two videos, each 45 seconds or less. - Requirement: The video should be simple and honest—just you speaking to the camera. No professional equipment is needed; a phone camera is perfectly fine. - Time Commitment: The full process should take no more than 5 to 7 minutes to record and submit. - Incentive: If your footage is selected for the final commercial, you will receive $100 as a thank you for your participation.
