STARRING JOAN CHEN After sixteen years in prison, con artist SANDY SONG returns to Chinatown to enact revenge on her rival, HARMONY LAM, the woman responsible for her time in lockup. Upon her arrival, however, Sandy discovers the neighborhood has changed drastically during her time away, with many of her neighbors suffering at the hands of the greedy. Initially fueled by a selfish desire for vindication, Sandy realizes that Chinatown is hardly the home she once knew, but one worth saving all the same.
