Dead Air
Los Angeles
Project Details
Dead Air is a contained supernatural thriller proof of concept centered on Alex Reeve, a late-night radio host who has spent four years building a successful call-in show around unsolved cases while still searching for answers about the murders of his wife and daughter. During a live broadcast on the anniversary of their deaths, the studio switchboard begins behaving on its own. One by one, impossible calls come through, each capturing the final moments of victims in distress. The last voice Alex hears is unmistakable: his late wife, Claire. As the call unfolds, Alex realizes the truth he has been chasing for years may have been hiding in plain sight all along. Dead Air is a tense, sound-driven supernatural thriller about grief, obsession, and the horrifying moment when the dead finally answer back.
