About the Job

He's warm, open, and memorable. We’re not looking for “models.”Yet still pleasing to the eye. We want faces with character and vulnerability. Grant is active, disciplined, and deeply involved in his children’s lives. He has built a successful business, but has made a conscious effort to keep work from taking over. He coaches, cooks, gets down on the floor with the kids, and is fully present when he is home. That makes the diagnosis especially disorienting. He has done so much “right,” and still finds himself facing colon cancer. The fear is there, but so is the determination to stay engaged with the life around him Our patients should feel like whole people before their diagnosis.
