Additional Information: PAY: Session Fee: $500.00 + 20% – rate inclusive of fitting if fitted same day of the shoot and work time. Per day rate if working multiple days. Based on an 8-hour workday. Overtime Per Hour Rate for hours worked after the 8th hour: $93.75 Meal period does not count as work time and shall be no less than ½ hour nor more than 1 hour in length. Fitting: $150.00 | Covers Up to 2-Hours Should the prior day fitting exceed 2-hours, $18.75 to be paid in 15-minute increments thereafter the initial 2-hour fitting time. Prior Day Fitting Fee only payable if fitted on a separate day prior to the workday. BUYOUT FEE: IF used in the final spot Adult Rate: $6,500.00 + 20% Child Rate: $4,500.00 + 20% Buyout fee only payable if campaign launches and appearing in final campaign. Payment is due no later than 15 business from first air date and is a one-time payment covering all usage rights during the term, media, territory and materials listed above. Renewal Option Term covers an additional 1-year term to be consecutive to the initial term for Broadcast, Online/Digital (including Digital/Still Images), Industrial Use and Print per all terms/media/territory/materials listed above. Option A Renewal for One Year Extension: Adult Rate: $7,150.00 + 20% Child Rate: $4,950.00 + 20% Renewal Option Term covers an additional 1-year term to be consecutive to the initial term for Broadcast, Online/Digital (including Digital/Still Images), Industrial Use and Print per all terms/media/territory/materials listed above. Option B Renewal Term for 3-Month Extensions: 3-Month Renewal Rates – Adult Renewal Rates 1st Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $1,787.50 + 20% 2nd Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $1,966.25 + 20% 3rd Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $2,162.88 + 20% 4th Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $2,379.16 + 20% Child Renewal Rates 1st Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $1,237.50 + 20% 2nd Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $1,361.25 + 20% 3rd Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $1,497.38 + 20% 4th Three-Month Renewal Term Rate: $1,647.11 + 20% Renewal Option Term covers an additional up to four 3-month terms to be consecutive to the initial term for Broadcast, Online/Digital (including Digital/Still Images) Industrial Use and Print per all terms/media/territory/materials listed above. Agency/Client not required to renew for all four 3-month extension renewal terms and shall provide 30-day notice prior to the 3-month term expiring if the next 3-month term will be extended/renewed. Travel and Down Day Pay: $250 per day IMPORTANT: + 20% Agent Fee ONLY Applicable if Talent Has an Agent Auditions: (Once selected from Submissions) Self Tapes Due Friday Aug 14th by 3pm EST Callbacks: Virtual, Thursday August 20 Paid Travel Dates: Travel to Boston from NYC/CT/NJ Aug 27 or 28th, Travel Back Sept 4th Paid Fitting Date: Aug 28th, potential additional fitting Aug 31st Paid Down Days: Aug 29, 30, 31 Shoot Date: Sept 1 - 3rd Shoot Location: Boston, MA IMPORTANT: Talent must be a LEGAL resident in the United States or possess a valid VISA with a permit to work in the United States. Talent must have a valid social security number to work in the United States Transportation and Housing will be provided for talent located within a 5hr. Drive to Boston, Mass. Looking for ACTORS & REAL FAMILIES - however it’s important that whoever auditions is comfortable on camera and putting together imaginary scenarios and potentially being paired with people who aren’t their real family members.
