This person will help bring the red carpet experience to life by creating short, energetic conversations with performers, creators, and special guests as they arrive. Responsibilities include: • Welcoming and engaging guests on camera • Conducting short personality driven interviews • Asking creative follow up questions instead of relying entirely on a script • Creating entertaining moments appropriate for festival media and social content • Maintaining positive energy throughout the assigned interview window • Following direction from the media producer and production team The ideal candidate is approachable, expressive, naturally curious, confident without overpowering guests, and able to recover smoothly when a conversation takes an unexpected turn.
