TALENT MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AS NEW YORK CITY LOCAL HIRES NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES ON SET -Use of personal electronic devices, including, without limitation, any cell phone or device that includes a camera of any kind, will be prohibited during the shoot. NO FILMING/PHOTOGRAPHY -The shoot will be on a closed set with no unauthorized filming, photography, or other recordings permitted. The unauthorized use of personal electronic devices, including mobile phones, to film, photograph, or record during the shoot will be strictly prohibited. All commercial footage and/or related audio is the sole property of the Advertiser and is not to be shared with any unauthorized person, in any media, including social media, at any time. -Talent will be asked to indicate on Talent’s release where Talent’s check should be sent. Agent’s commission check will be sent directly to agent. -Talent is paid through Extreme Reach Payroll Company per Talent’s signed contracts, W-4s, I-9s, and timecards.
