Plot: A woman takes in a young male (Daren Lawhorn) 12 years after she killed his parents in a drunken accident. For the last 12 years, Laurie Walters has lived with guilt. When she learns that the kid whose parents she killed is homeless, she takes him in. However the young man is not forgiving and he begins to destroy the Walters family from the inside out. One of the best visions I have ever had as a creator. I'd give anything to find a future superstar to wrap this project in gold. Vision: I am pitching this project. I have a whole strategy in place. As much as I have been dogged and misunderstood in this journey called Hollywood, I continue to champion the rising actor. I came from an era where people were creating stars and it affected and attracted me in a a huge way. Sadly this era is about branding, social media numbers, nepotism and influencers. With that being in the air, it is hard to find any creators that want to work hard on creating legacy work. My education is surrounded by creating stars and this project is in that pocket. Strategy: How do you pitch an unknown or rising actor in a splashy TV show? Watch me. Availability: DO NOT submit unless you intend to put in the work to create a lean-mean un-tubi like character with depth and emotion. We will work diligently to bring forward a performance and character that is powerful and cheered upon by the viewing audience. He will also be flawed due to his life journey. I want a story that's unique and has the potential of separating you from the rest of the thousands upon thousands of actors reaching for fame...
