A recent convert to Atlas' cause. She used to work for his former persona, Frank Fontaine, and that landed her in prison along with Atlas and his followers. During that time, she grew to respect Atlas, and has become an agent of his. She's a plasmid splicer, calm, but a bit of an addict.
