We're looking for someone who naturally embodies the warmth, patience, and energy of effective online teaching—able to connect through a screen while managing digital tools and maintaining student engagement. The ideal candidate should project approachable authority and genuine enthusiasm for teaching, whether leading a lesson, facilitating discussion, or providing one-on-one support virtually. This person should be comfortable on camera demonstrating realistic remote teaching scenarios: presenting lessons via video call, using digital whiteboards or screen sharing, interacting with students through chat or video, managing multiple windows and tech tools, and creating an inviting learning environment from their home office or designated teaching space. We want someone who can convey both professionalism and relatability, showing the challenges and rewards of virtual education. Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and engagingly are essential. Contemporary, camera-appropriate attire (business casual tops). No visible tattoos.
