Samantha Kemp
About the Job
Samantha is a recent convert to Atlas' cause. She used to work for his former persona, Frank Fontaine, and that landed her in prison along with Atlas and his followers. During that time, she grew to respect Atlas, and has become an agent of his. She's a plasmid splicer, calm, but a bit of an addict. Samantha is a character from the game, and there are audio logs of her character that can be listened to online.
