About the Job
Not a ghost and not a god: he is Vincent's knowledge that death is coming, wearing the face of the young doctor who treated Vincent's dying grandfather — polkadot bowtie included. Dry to the bone; he has delivered this news a thousand times and finds the whole thing faintly funny. He never hurries and never chases — he is simply already there, mid-steak, mildly apologetic about being right. Certain that death comes; honestly ignorant about what comes after. The role will require deadpan comic timing, a clinical monologue delivered gently to a child, one unguarded beat of grief at a deathbed, and doubling as the real doctor inside the memory.
