Synopsis

NON-UNION CASTING SPECS 25x EXTRAS - Bar Scene -18 women + 7 Men -25-35ish yrs old -Talent should look chic, sophisticated, and sexy (no one overtly Gen-z or trendy) Upgrade Option: If talent, solely at the discretion of the Agency and Advertiser, is deemed to be featured more prominently than as a background role, talent agrees to terms outlined in the casting brief and in the talent contract and shall receive the OCP buyout fee outlined. If upgraded, Agency will notify talent and Agency will send an On-Camera Talent Contract which will have the same Usage for Talent signature. 1x BODY DOUBLE + x1 STAND-IN -5'6.5 / bust 29.5 / waist 24 / hip 33.9 / shoe 7.5 -Asian -Preferably bleach blonde but could provide a wig if necessary NOTE: ALL TALENT MUST BE 25+ AS THIS IS FOR A LIQUOR BRAND

Additional Information: SHOOT LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA SHOOT DATES & RATES + 20% AF OCP: Session $500/10hrs + Usage $5,000, 1 day only (7/30 or 7/31) Extras: $500/10hrs, 1 day only (7/30 or 7/31) Stand-in: $600/10hrs, 2 days total (7/29 - 7/31) Double: $1,000/10hrs, 2 days total (7/30 - 7/31) USAGE: Term: 2 years commencing on client-authorized first use Territory: Worldwide Media: TV/Broadcast (including, but not limited to, broadcast TV, cable, spot, syndication, and satellite) Internet/New Media (including, without limitation, on Advertiser’s social media sites, OTT/CTV, streaming and paid media) Industrial (any public space - including, but not limited to, in-store, in-cinema, in-flight, jumbotrons, digital OOH, tradeshow, etc.) Radio (including but not limited to terrestrial, satellite and streaming) Print (including but not be limited to consumer magazine, consumer newspaper, trade magazine, trade newspaper, point of sale, direct mail, brochures, and other collateral materials) and out of home (to include but not be limited to billboards, bus shelters, wild postings, kiosks) Historical Use of materials anywhere for PR and sales purposes, award show submissions/use, intra-company, agency/Advertiser meetings and/or archives of Advertiser’s website, social feed and and YouTube page in-perpetuity. Exclusivity (Applies to OCP only): Spirits and wines Option Term (Applies to OCP only): Option to renew for a consecutive 2-year term for initial usage fee + 10% increase, at sole discretion of advertiser; subject to agency fee if applicable
