Host: Non-Binary
Adobe Creative: Host-led Social Series (norcal/sf)
About the Job
Seeking naturally charismatic, quick-thinking personalities (25–45 years old) with strong improvisation and/or crowd work experience to host a fun, social-first video series for Adobe Creative Cloud. We're looking for someone who can naturally lead the energy of the series and interact with interviewees off the cuff in a "You Asked, We Answered" format—reacting to real comments, opinions, questions, and feedback with humor, curiosity, confidence, and authentic conversation. Think the host commentary style of Mean Tweets or Subway Takes, where the fun comes from the host's personality and reactions. Talent should be naturally fun, upbeat, engaging, articulate, and comfortable thinking on their feet. You'll react to real comments and engage with both community members and Adobe team members in a fun, conversational way, asking follow-up questions, building on unexpected responses, and keeping the energy lively without relying on a script. We're seeking authentic personalities rather than traditional commercial spokespersons—people with strong comedic instincts, excellent listening skills, and the ability to connect effortlessly with others on camera. Think: Drew Afualo, Tefi Pessoa, Trent Simonian, Keke Palmer, or Druski. Specs: All ethnicities Ages 25–45 Size inclusive Strong improv, crowd work, hosting, stand-up, podcast, or creator background encouraged Comfortable with unscripted conversation and audience interaction Local to the San Francisco Bay Area / Northern California (or no travel pay/able to be in the Bay Area day before shoot 7/20 and leave 7/22, or late night 7/21)
