About the Job

18+ to play 18. High school senior Lucas Sullivan, is a disciplined, detail-oriented theater kid, who channels his emotions into careful preparation, favoring control over spontaneity, as shown by his color-coded script tabs. He masks vulnerability with sarcasm and hostility, particularly toward Elijah, using hatred as a safer outlet for feelings he isn't ready to name. Beneath his guarded exterior he's earnest, sensitive, and quick to feel hurt, craving respect more than affection. Over the course of the story he grows more willing to be spontaneous and emotionally honest, even when it costs him. Male talent must be comfortable being shirtless and with same-sex kissing and implied sexual activity. An on set intimacy coordinator will be present for all levels of intimacy. *Production will provide roundtrip economy airfare, ground transportation, overnight accommodations and per diem for LEADING talent based outside of Los Angeles, CA
