When Alyssa is placed into a group with her college classmate Drew for a class project, Alyssa finds the situation very exciting until she discovers that Drew has no intention of doing any work whatsoever to contribute to their project. To Alyssa's relief, the project actually goes very well. And despite the instructor Mrs. Kelly's reputation as an insanely harsh grader, and despite Drew's totally faking his way through the presentation, Mrs. Kelly is impressed. So impressed with Alyssa and Drew's presentation, in fact, that she insists that the two present in front of the entire school psychology club. With the help of a school friend named Abigail, Alyssa becomes determined to teach Drew a lesson about supporting one's group partner by making the club presentation an event that no one will ever forget ... especially not Drew. There's no faking his way out of this one! In the end, Drew has to admit that he is very impressed with Alyssa, and that her finds the lively spontaneity and playfulness she showed during their ridiculous presentation ... rather cute and fun, actually. [The purpose of this project is to explore selected scenes, focusing on aspects of the characters Alyssa, Abigail, and Sarah and their interactions during the presentations with Drew. ]
