Photography (photographer is on TV set capturing stills): Stunt Driver Stills Session Fee (guaranteed only if photographed for non-broadcast advertising purposes for Client): Rate: $500 + 20% (if talent has an agent) Fee is payable within thirty days following such photography session (if applicable) Stunt Driver Usage Fee Bonus (to be paid only if Talent’s Likeness is selected and used in final non-broadcast advertising for Client): Rate: $2,500 + 20% (if talent has an agent) Fee is payable within thirty days following first public distribution of Talent’s likeness (if applicable) Term: In-Perpetuity Usage: Unlimited, non-exclusive, worldwide use of the Materials by Rubin Postaer and Associates (Agency) as agent for Client, its licensees, dealers, independent contractors, successors, affiliates, assigns and their respective agents; including, without limitation, others working for each of them or on their behalf, (collectively, the Permitted Parties), in all nonbroadcast media now known or hereinafter invented in any manner whatsoever, including without limitation, the right to use, publish, display, publicly perform, modify, alter, edit, and/or reproduce the materials in perpetuity. Agency and Client may use for self-promotion and PR within context of the final produced work during the term and thereafter in perpetuity in any and in all media now known or hereafter invented.
