Project Details

Campaign: Habit Social Client will have the right to use all results/materials whether filmed, recorded, videotaped, photographed, including without limitation unlimited edits, revisions, edits, cutdowns, versions, translations, alts, and tags, including screen grabs/images from film, for all Media, throughout the Territory and Term, or Option(s) outlined below. Non-exclusive. Right to use name, image, voice, likeness, photography, and performance. SESSION: $650 (based on one-8hr day; 8-hour daily rate is $81.25) *All Fee(s) below includes all shoot hours, wardrobe fitting/allowances, meals/rest periods, weekends/nights, transportation, parking/gas, mileage, and ravel time to/from location-set are not included in daily hours, includes all props, and incidentals. MEDIA RIGHTS FEE: $750 *Fee will be paid only after first public use and if Performer is used in final Project/Materials. Fee shall cover all rights to use the Materials in the Media, during the Term, throughout the Territory below. Options/Renewals are listed below. AGENT: Fees will be plus Agent 20% Fee; if applicable and booked via agent/representative. Media Rights for all Project/Materials include: 1) Internet, Digital, Social (e.g., internet, digital, social media, streaming, banners, blogs, posts, emails) Publicity (Media/Territory/Term): Client shall have a perpetual non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers, to use Materials for file, intra-company/non-public, reference, awards, and historical archive throughout the world. Publicity such as public announcements, Press Releases, shall be during the Term (may remain in archive) and throughout the Territory. All creative partners, including but not limited to Agency, Director/Production Company, Producer, Editors, Music, and other creative partners working on Project/Materials shall have the right to use Materials for self-promotion, social, websites, award, reels, and industry related purposes, worldwide in perpetuity. term:ONE (1) Year from first public use, with Option to renew. NOTE: *Organic/non-paid media placements may remain posted, in circulation (i.e., social media channels/pages, agency, industry), and on display in perpetuity, worldwide, without requirement to exercise option to renew after initial Term expires. territory: Worldwide. OPTIONS: Client shall have the right to use the Materials upon exercising these Options at any time. Client shall have the right to Renew or Extend Media of the Materials for a total of 2-Years. Subsequent renewals will be plus 10% from previous term paid, based on 1-year rates. Options are not a guarantee, no exclusivity. Renewal Option Media/Term, and Extended Media and Fee(s) are as follows: MEDIA 1-year All Initial Media $825 AGENT: Fees will be plus Agent 20% Fee; if applicable and booked via agent/representative. *Fees are Inclusive of all hours, unlimited Media rights, in perpetuity, Worldwide, includes all wardrobe allowances, props, nights, weekends, unlimited edits, all rights to use film, photography, recordings, non-exclusive, including but not limited likeness, image, voice, performance, name, portrait/photograph. Fees includes travel time to/from location, mileage, gas, tolls, uber), and the Flat wardrobe allowances for any wardrobe, props. Casting Company shall receive the Agent/20% commission.
