BARTENDER — Any gender. Works behind the bar, making a drink while listening (or half-listening) to a rambling guest. Minimal dialogue. Strong screen presence and the ability to react naturally without upstaging talent. WAITRESS — Any gender. Stands tableside trying to take an order while a guest ignores the task at hand and vents. One line of dialogue. Deadpan timing is a plus.
