Project Details
Set in the ICE-ravaged neighborhood of Boyle Heights, a conflicted white police officer finds an unexpected connection in a B & B run by a dying, Spanish former opera singer and her devoted gay 20-something Mexican-American nurse, where music becomes a shared language for unspoken truths. As her final days approach, he must confront his own estrangement and regret before the last breath, and last chance for forgiveness, fades.
