About the Job
A woman unraveling under the weight of unprocessed grief, whose fragile mental state makes her an unreliable but deeply sympathetic guide through the film's horror. Requires an actress who can carry almost every scene and sustain a slow-burn psychological disintegration with subtlety and skill. Must be comfortable in water for brief underwater scene (swimming pool). Diversity encouraged. LEAD
