****. Please note that this project is Photography Print as well as MOTION! This job is for an alcohol brand so all talent submitted must be at least 25 years old or older. No one under 25 should be submitted for this project. OCP Session Fee: $750 + 20% Agent Fee (if applicable) per 12 hour day. • OCP Fitting Fee: $75 for 2 hour fitting. • OCP Usage Fee: One-time payment of $3,000 + 20% Agent Fee (if applicable) for any OCP that appears in final materials. • Agent Fee is paid only on wages, not on reimbursements (e.g., per diem, mileage, stipends). TERM ● Three (3) Years. ● Term scheduled to begin on 07-20-2026 but is subject to change. TERRITORY ● Industrial, Print, Out-of-Home ○ North America and all its territories; Canada. ● Internet, New Media, Social ○ Worldwide with respect to the nature of the internet. MATERIALS ● Including but not limited to all footage and content captured on service/shoot date(s), with unlimited lifts, edits, versions, cut downs, behind-the-scenes (“BTS”), audio, stills taken from footage and gifs. MEDIA ● Internet/New Media/ Social: all forms of Internet, New Media and Social Media (paid and organic) including, without limitation, on Advertiser’s-owned websites, social media sites and applications, CRM, emails, mobile/tablet apps, and paid digital media via 3rd party digital properties. ● Industrial: all forms of industrial media (paid and organic) including, without limitation, any public space including, but not limited to, in- store/retail signage, driver kiosks, in-store digital screens, tradeshow, etc. ● Print: all forms of print media (paid and organic) including, without limitation, print advertising, magazine and newspaper, pamphlets, in- store, point of purchase and in-mall advertising. ● Out-of-Home: all forms of Out-of-Home media (paid and organic) including, without limitation, out-of-home displays, billboards, in- cinema, in-stadium, transit advertising. ● Historical use of materials for PR and sales purposes, award show submissions/use, intra-company, Agency/Advertiser meetings and/or archives of website and social feed in perpetuity. AGE OF MODELS AND ACTORS – DISCUS GUIDELINES • Beverage alcohol products should not be advertised or promoted by any person who is below the legal purchase age or who is made to appear to be below the legal purchase age. To help ensure that individuals in beverage alcohol advertising are and appear to be above the legal purchase age, models and actors employed should be a minimum of 25 years old, substantiated by proper identification. OPTIONS • Option to renew for a consecutive three (3) year term for initial usage fee + 10% increase, at sole discretion of advertiser; including 20% agency fee if talent is represented by third party talent agent (subject to verification).
