Synopsis:

Renown Health is a locally owned, non-profit healthcare network serving Reno, Lake Tahoe, and surrounding communities. This regional healthcare campaign is seeking actors to portray patients and family members in a variety of healthcare and lifestyle scenes. The project focuses on real-life moments, family relationships, recovery, and compassionate care. We are looking for warm, engaging people with strong expressions and a natural, believable on-camera presence. We are primarily seeking Bay Area and Sacramento talent who are comfortable driving to Reno and self-reporting to set. Approximately 10 principal roles are being cast.

SUBMISSIONS: Please submit by Tuesday, June 2nd at 12:00 PM (Noon) if possible. Later submissions will be looked at as well, but noon-ish submissions are greatly appreciated. SELF-TAPES: Selected talent will be invited to submit a self-tape audition. Self-tapes will be due Thursday at 2:00 PM PT. This is a hard deadline for this one. FITTING: Fittings will take place in Reno, NV the day before the talent's scheduled shoot date. (No down days.) SHOOT DATES: June 19–23, 2026 Talent should hold all shoot dates until booked. Most roles will work one shoot day only. The T-Ball Daughter and T-Ball Dad roles will work two shoot days. ($500 session fee for the 2nd shoot date; usage is a one-time fee.) LOCATION: Reno, Nevada TRAVEL: We are primarily seeking Bay Area and Sacramento talent who are comfortable driving to Reno and self-reporting to set. Talent will receive: • $100 flat each way mileage reimbursement ($200 total) from their home market (regardless of whether talent is traveling from the Bay Area or Sacramento.) • $250 travel/fitting day fee (+20% agency fee). Talent will travel to Reno and complete their fitting the day prior to their shoot date. • Hotel allowance up to $150/night as needed. (Lots of great options under $150, including Aloft, Marriott, etc.) • $75 per diem for each travel and then shoot day. (Most talent will receive approximately $150 total.) Most talent will travel to Reno, complete their fitting, stay overnight, shoot the following day, and travel home after wrap. Shoot days are expected to be relatively short. RATES: (Agency fee applicable if booked through an agent) Session: $500 / 8 hours + 20% agency fee Usage: $1,500 Guaranteed Usage + 20% agency fee Rates are per person 3-Year Regional Usage (Reno/Tahoe Markets) All Media Usage is guaranteed. CLIENT: Renown Health (Non-Profit Healthcare Network) Agency fee clarification :) (Agency fee applicable if booked through an agent) +20% agency fee on: * Session fee ($500) * Usage fee ($1,500) * Travel/Fitting Day ($250) *  No +20% on: Hotel allowance, per diem, flat mileage reimbursement
