About the Job
Dillion is Alina's 12 year old younger brother. He is a skateboarder navigating a turbulent home life marked by instability, an absent and neglectful mother, and financial hardship. After their rental is sold and the family is displaced, Dillion finds himself increasingly on his own as his older sister Alina distances herself. He is quiet, emotionally sensitive, and carries a heaviness beyond his years. In a key scene, Dillion breaks into his former family home with his friend Eddie and sits alone on the couch, lost in memories — unable to steal anything, overcome with grief over losing the only home he knew. Must be able to convey deep emotion with minimal dialogue. Skateboarding ability is a plus.
