We're looking for an experienced ON-CAMERA Digital Content Creator & Host to become the face of our brand across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, & emerging platforms. Can look 25 to 38 yrs old, 60k followers across platforms. iMust have a strong on-camera presence, storytelling instincts, interviewing skills & a passion for exploring American communities. This role involves pitching, shooting, producing, & editing content (video, graphics, social) for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok. The creator will serve as the FACE OF THE BRAND, uncovering & sharing compelling stories nationwide. Responsibilities: Pitch, produce, host & edit engaging multi-platform content. Develop timely, curiosity-driven story ideas in editorial meetings. Create recurring series & platform-native formats. Host long-form YouTube content with strong audience engagement, Travel regularly to report stories across the U.S..Capture high-quality video/audio in studio & field settings. Write scripts, interview questions, & social copy. Research locations, secure permissions, & coordinate shoots. Manage editorial calendar with Publishing Operations. Monitor trends & identify stories via national & local sources. Collaborate with digital teams on publishing strategies. Analyze performance metrics to improve engagement. Represent the brand with authenticity, humor, & professionalism. Qualifications: 5+ years producing of hosting content across print, video, & social. 3+ years hands-on video production (shooting, lighting, sound, editing). Strong writing, grammar, & social media expertise. Skilled in vertical video & mobile shooting. Familiar with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok analytics. Understanding of design & brand consistency. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
