She’s busy, but she hasn’t lost herself in the chaos. She’s warm, competent, and present, the kind of parent who is always doing three things at once but still manages to make it look like she’s paying attention to all of them. She’s aspirational in the sense that she has her priorities right — her kids are fed, loved, and cared for — but she’s relatable because it clearly takes real effort to make that happen. She doesn’t need to be rescued. She just needs one thing to be easy. What We’re Looking For: - Natural on-camera presence — comfortable and unguarded, not performative - Comfortable with kids and babies she has not met before; must be genuinely at ease - Able to hold a scene with minimal direction — we want authentic, spontaneous moments, not posed ones - Physical multitasking reads well on camera: cooking, wiping spills, brushing hair, managing a room — should feel second nature - A quality of calm in the middle of chaos — not frazzled, not serene, just capable - Can deliver a single line of dialogue (some spots may include on-camera spoken lines) with warmth and understated authority - Will need to have clean, well-groomed neutral nails (no extensions or color)
