Empathetic piece centered toward kids and families, encouraging donations for the End Kids Cancer Foundation. Signatory: RPA PSA Rubin Postaer and Associates "RPA” has been granted a SAG PSA waiver for this project. RPA intends to pay scale session fees and request that Performer(s) waive all use fees for all media covered under the current SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract for a one (1) year period of use per the SAG-AFTRA standard waiver for donated media. (Agency) has the option for a second year of use for an additional scale session payment to performer. If the PSA is used in paid media then Performer(s) will be paid scale use fees pursuant to the current SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contract unless the Union waives use fees.
