The ideal candidate is confident, athletic, stylish, passionate, and has a strong stage presence with the ability to captivate attention both on and off the dance floor. Open to all ethnicities and dance styles including hip-hop, contemporary, Latin, freestyle, commercial, and choreography-based performance backgrounds. We are looking for someone with a vibrant personality who can bring excitement, creativity, humor, and authenticity to the series. The ideal dancer should be disciplined and hardworking while also comfortable expressing emotion, navigating relationships, and engaging naturally within group dynamics on camera. Professional performance experience, touring, music video appearances, choreography work, social media influence, or entertainment industry experience is a plus. A unique personal style, confidence, and strong physical presence are highly encouraged. Within Kalm Motion, the professional dancer brings movement, performance, culture, and energy to the show while showcasing the dedication and lifestyle behind the entertainment industry.
