Give it a a quick Google search and you will see that the saying “Agree to Disagree” means “both parties accept they have different opinions that will not change, allowing them to stop arguing and peacefully move on without reaching a mutual conclusion”. This visual piece will explore that through song/dance. “Agree to Disagree” by Lady & Red is a song about accepting the reality of what is, not what could be, when deciding to leave a situation. It’s about wishing a past romantic partner well, amidst feeling the pain of the connection no longer being sustainable. An artistic reminder that you cannot change anyone on your timeline, it is a choice that is solely up to them. The song ultimately echoes that it is ok to agree to disagree on how/why something ended, without getting worked up, in order to protect one’s peace/boundaries.
